JengoPesa asks only for the details needed to respond to an inquiry: your name, reply email, company or building, country, role, property count and message. Do not submit tenant records, meter identifiers, financial account numbers or other sensitive information through this public form.

How contact works

Where the email delivery service is configured, form details are transmitted securely to the designated JengoPesa inquiry inbox through the email delivery provider. Where it is not configured, a draft opens in your own email app; no message is sent by the website. We do not present drafts as submitted leads.

Purpose and access

Information is used to review the requested pilot, answer follow-up questions and discuss relevant services. Only designated authorized staff should have access to the inbox. This marketing site does not connect to resident financial records.

Retention and requests

Contact the team through your original email thread to request correction or deletion of your inquiry, subject to applicable legal obligations. Before enabling server-side lead capture, JengoPesa must set and publish an approved retention period, controller details and provider terms.

Analytics

We do not intentionally send the contents of contact forms to analytics services. Future optional analytics must be configured with appropriate notices and controls.
